Care Instructions
Silks & woollen materials should be dry cleaned, to preserve the materials.
Cottons need to be hand washed in cold water, with mild detergents, to protect the fine prints and delicate fibres. Dry in shade. Do not soak, only dip wash.
Pigments and over dyes will tend to fade with time.
All our weaves and prints are delicately hand crafted. Any irregularities are their inherent characteristics. They are symbolic of the labour of love & workmanship, that has gone into creating these exquisite pieces. Do not consider them as defects.
Woollens, Silks, Tasars, Pashminas and all delicate fabrics must be lined at the time of stitching or reinforced along the seam. These fabrics demand time, attention and care.
Fabrics with surface embellishments and khadi prints should only be dry cleaned.
Since we use natural & organic colours, they are prone to bleeding due to perspiration. Each individual's perspiration has a different chemical reaction on the coloured/printed fabrics, and this should not be considered as a defect.
