Silks & woollen materials should be dry cleaned, to preserve the materials.
Cottons need to be hand washed in cold water, with mild detergents, to protect the fine prints and delicate fibres. Dry in shade. Do not soak, only dip wash.
Pigments and over dyes are made from natural & organic ingredients. Due to their purity and authenticity, they will and have to fade with time.
All our weaves and prints are delicately hand crafted. Any irregularities are their inherent characteristics. They are symbolic of the labour of love & workmanship, that has gone into creating these exquisite pieces. Do not consider them as defects.
Woollens, Silks, Tassars, Pashminas and all delicate fabrics must be lined at the time of stitching or reinforced along the seam. These fabrics demand time, attention and care.
Ready to Wear garments, fabrics with surface embellishments and khadi prints should only be dry cleaned.
Since we use natural & organic colours, they are prone to bleeding due to perspiration. Each individual's perspiration has a different chemical reaction on the coloured/printed fabrics, and this should not be considered as a defect.
All real & fine zari products should be protected from moisture. We recommend storing them in white mulmul cloth. Special care should be taken during monsoons by airing the product regularly. We do not take any guarantee for darkening/blackening (oxidation) of zari.
Pilling of natural fibres namely cotton, silk & wool due to wear and tear is a natural process and not a defect, in fact it is a testimony of the handcrafted process, where the fibre and filament length is much smaller than that of man made fibres like polyester and nylon.

Shipping time depends on the product is estimated between 1-2 weeks in India and 2-3 weeks outside India.

Shipping times is provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. Estimated shipping time commences from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and these terms of return and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third parties and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale.
Goods sold during SALE cannot be returned/exchanged.
You must request the exchange/return within 02 days of receiving the item. The returned/exchanged item must reach us withing 07 days of intimation about the return, beyond which the returns will not be accepted.
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and with original tags.
Saris once finished with fall and hemming will not be returned or exchanged.
Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Returned goods will be accepted only if they are in their original packaging.
Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have make up stains or garments that smell of perfume.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Cost of returns will be borne by the customer.
Refund is processed after the piece has been received and checked at our head office.
The refunded amount will show into your account 5-7 days after the date of receiving the piece.
The item/s must be returned to us before the exchange/refund is made. Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges), or a full refund (excluding original shipping cost). This is only applicable for online purchases.
Please follow our return guidelines, Raisons cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned independently, we recommend that you use a registered shipping method so that the order can be tracked.
